Ep. 92 - Halloween Episode: Tricks AND Treats

🎃 It’s our favourite time of year - SPOOKY SEASON! 👻 This episode we recap our corn maze adventures (disclaimer: no children were harmed in the process), share our añal bleaching experience 🍑 (for reference we’re now ghost white down there… haha… ha… Halloween puns), and discuss how we prevent and combat burnout during the busy Fall and Winter months. Honouring our Halloween theme we list our favourite horror movies (and which ones to axe… more puns) and go through some Halloween themed quizzes. The quiz result take aways: Danica is likely the killer or the “wrongly accused weirdo” and Riley will kill for those she loves when she’s not at home handing out candy to children. 🔪 As always, thank you for listening and HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Danica

Danica is a sarcastic, straightforward, sex-postive feminist with a passion for topics that some may consider “taboo.” With a psychology degree under her belt, a public speaker/ university guest lecturer, a devoted sex workers advocate and a successful career as an exotic dancer - she knows some stuff!

Danica lives her life by two philosophies: 1) it’s better to have a life of “oh well”s than “what if”s and 2) be unapologetically you! Her years of experience as a sex worker have given her a passion and drive to do what she can to eliminate the dangerous stigma that currently surrounds the sex industry. She is confident that sharing her stories as an active sex worker can do just that - show women (and men) that they can own their sexuality proudly (and sometimes even profit off of it)!
