Ep. 42 - Show Me Your Bobs (interview w/ Behind Closed Doors)

Today I am joined by Bianca, the amazing photographer known as Behind Closed Doors (@_behind_closed_doors_). She spends the majority of her time lathering up beautiful women with baby oil and  helping ladies to feel sexy and confident in their skin. We discuss: the challenges and rewards of having a successful career in photography; her decision to remain somewhat anonymous behind the camera; getting messaged by creeper men online; the dreaded Instagram shadow bans; the ridiculous double-standard of female censorship online; and the impact of working closely with SWers. Bianca also answers listener questions: how do I find a good photographer? How do I know a photographer isn’t a creep? How do I start doing photography? What makes a “good” or “not as good” model? How has corona impacted your photography work? Thanks for listening and happy hoe-ing!

About the Podcast

50 Plus a Tip
A podcast for strippers and open minded hoes
“How much is a dance?” Well... it’s “$50 PLUS A TIP!”

Two stripper best friends sharing the highs and (b)lows of their experience in the adult entertainment industry, with some help from special guests along the way.

While harmful, incorrect stigmas sadly surround the sex industry, Danica and Riley trust that using their podcast platform to share their own experiences and give a voice to others along the way, they can give “outsiders” a glimpse of the real world of adult entertainment and show everyone that they can own their sexuality proudly (and sometimes even profit off of it)!

About your host

Profile picture for Danica

Danica

Danica is a sarcastic, straightforward, sex-postive feminist with a passion for topics that some may consider “taboo.” With a psychology degree under her belt, a public speaker/ university guest lecturer, a devoted sex workers advocate and a successful career as an exotic dancer - she knows some stuff!

Danica lives her life by two philosophies: 1) it’s better to have a life of “oh well”s than “what if”s and 2) be unapologetically you! Her years of experience as a sex worker have given her a passion and drive to do what she can to eliminate the dangerous stigma that currently surrounds the sex industry. She is confident that sharing her stories as an active sex worker can do just that - show women (and men) that they can own their sexuality proudly (and sometimes even profit off of it)!
